摘要
本文基于南京市鼓楼区心贴心老年服务中心居家养老服务网的调查,运用质
性研究方法,对政府与非政府组织合作应对新时代的养老问题进行了调研,较为
直观、全面、系统地展现了居家养老服务网的基本现状、运行中存在的问题及其
成因,并提出了完善服务网的建议与措施。
全文分为五个部分:
绪论部分对相关重要概念进行了界定,并对既往研究进行了梳理和综述,同
时,介绍了本文的研究背景、研究思路与目标、研究方法与步骤等相关问题。
第一章描述了南京市鼓楼区居家养老的现状。介绍鼓楼区独特的地理位置、
经济条件、文化生活、政府颁布的养老政策,心贴心老年服务中心的基本情况。
掌握鼓楼区居家养老服务流程的总体情况。
第二章从宏观、中观和微观三个层面分析了南京市鼓楼区居家养老服务网的
成功之处,分析原因,总结经验。
第三章是问题与建议。再好再成功的案例,都是有缺点和不足的,作者根据
调查过程中深入发掘的问题,提出完善的对策与建议,希望促进和完善居家养老
服务事业的发展和进步。
结语部分对本文的研究进行了总结,阐述了本研究的新发现,指出了本研究
的若干不足,并对有关学术道德方面的问题进行了说明。

Abstract
The study investigate the issue that the governments cooperate with the
non-anizations in order to deal with the aged-supporting in new era
based on the home-based care work of the Heart to Heart senior citizen
service center of Nanjing Drum Tower District. By using the qualitative-research
method, the study systematically display the status quo as well as the existing problems
and its causes of the home-based care work, and propose mendations
and measures for improving the work.
The thesis consists of five sections: 1. The introduction defines some of the
important concepts and reviews previous research related to the aged-supporting.
Furthermore, it introduces the research background, ideas and objectives, methods and
other relevant issues. 2. The first chapter presents an overview of the home-based care
work of Nanjing Drum Tower District for good grasp of the service
procedures, including the unique geographical position, economic conditions, cultural
life and policies provided for the aged of the Drum Tower District, as well as the basic
situation of the Heart to Heart senior citizen service center. 3. The second chapter
