本文以北京市普通高校体育舞蹈教师作为研究对象,通过运用文献资料法、专家
访谈法、比较法、问卷调查法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析法等方法,从体育舞蹈教师
队伍的基本情况、教学、科研、职后进修培训、工作待遇以及稳定状况等方面对其展
开调查和分析。目的是了解北京市普通高校体育舞蹈教师的现状,找出其存在的问题,
在此调查基础上提出一些参考性的意见和对策,为北京市高校体育舞蹈教师队伍的健
康发展提供一些理论依据。
通过调查分析得出以下结论:
,但是教学工作量偏大。
,而且呈现出女性较多,男性欠缺
的现状;专业结构不能满足学生对体育舞蹈课的需求。
、职称结构也有待提高。
、科研氛围不浓厚,科研能力欠缺。
,学校及教育部门缺少引导性。
针对北京市普通高校体育舞蹈教师队伍存在的上述问题,提出加强北京市高校体
育舞蹈教师队伍的建议如下:
、技术水平较高的人士加入到体育舞蹈教师队伍当中,提高北
京市高校体育舞蹈课质量的整体水平。
,建立教师进修培训的管理制度。
,培养一定数量的专业体育
舞蹈教师。
,建立一套
系统规范的体育舞蹈教师评价体系。

ABSTRACT
The article use Beijing Normal University sports dance teacher as a research object,
through the use of literature, expert interviews, comparative law, questionnaire survey,
mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other methods from the sport dance the
basic situation of teachers, teaching, scientific research, refresher training, working
conditions and a stable condition and other aspects of its investigation and analysis. The
purpose is to understand Beijing Dance Teachers college sports status quo, identify its
problems, in this investigation based on the number of reference of views and solutions
for the Beijing Dance college sports and healthy development of teachers to provide some
theoretical basis.
Through the investigation and the analysis reached the following conclusions:.
1 Sports dance teaching work, but the basic teaching workload.
2 Sports dance of teachers, and tend to be young age structure shows more women,
men lack of status, Professional structure of sports dance cannot satisfy the student class
needs.
