近年来,因心理健康方面的原因而出现各种心理、行为偏差的高中生日益增多。
研究高中生心理健康状况及对策具有十分重要的现实意义。
本文首先探讨了健康和心理健康的定义以及一般认定的高中生心理健康标准,提
出了把握高中生心理健康标准需要注意的事项。然后,笔者运用目前在研究当中应用
最广泛的症状自评量表(SCL-90)对无锡市滨湖区三所高中 630 名学生进行了高中
生心理健康状况的测量调查,试图了解目前滨湖区高中学生心理健康的整体状况及影
响因素。
综合调查结果,笔者认为影响无锡市滨湖区高中生心理健康状况主要包含以下四
个方面的因素:学生自身因素、学校因素、家庭因素以及社会因素。因此,笔者提出
以下对策:一是高中生要努力提高自身心理健康水平;二是学校应深入细致地开展心
理健康教育;三是家庭需重视子女的心理健康问题;四是社会各界要关注高中生心理
健康问题。

A Study on Mental Healthy Condition and Countermeasure of
Senior Middle School Students in Binhu District in Wuxi
Abstract
In recent years,there are increasing phenomena of mental and behavioral abnormality
for senior middle school students because of mental problems,so it is of great significance
to do a study of this kind.
This thesis discussed the definition of health, the definition of mental health and the
generally accepted standards of mental health of senior middle school students. Meanwhile,
the author gave some tips on getting across the standards to learn about the mental health
of senior middle school students. Then, an investigation for 630 students was carried out
by the author in the three senior middle schools in Binhu district in Wuxi, using the widely
accepted SCL-90 questionnaire with the purpose of learning about the overall mental
health status and getting to know what cause the mental problems of senior middle school
students in Binhu district.
