湖南服装产业集群式发展战略研究

摘要
湖南服装产业在国内外服装市场竞争日趋激烈的情况下,发展明显滞后,文章围绕
在国家发展中部经济的有利时机,如何提高湖南服装产业的竞争优势这一核心问题,参
考国内外纺织服装业的现状,着重分析了湖南服装产业发展的现状、特点,以及现阶段
湖南服装产业面临的问题,从产业集群理论和区域经济理论的角度研究了湖南服装产业
集群式发展的战略趋势,试图为各方面集中力量做大做强湖南服装产业,积极构建湖南
服装创业平台,努力推动湖南服装产业的发展提供了一些新的思路。
产业集群在国内外学术界是一个新的研究领域,如何运用集群战略来促使区域经济
的发展更是一个新的课题。文章的新意主要在采用 SWOT 分析法对湖南服装产业的外部
环境以及内部条件进行了分析,构建了湖南服装产业发展的 SWOT 分析矩阵,形成了政
府整合区内资源,建立产业集群、政府培育和扶持大企业、大品牌,政府学习和模仿先
进地区对服装产业集群的引导和运作模式、政府建立良好的人才、劳动力供给机制、企
业积极开拓国际市场、企业加强内部管理,增强营销功能、企业学习和模仿先进地区产
业集群内企业的先进管理经验和方法、企业加快自身技术的更新和改造,提高产品的质
量等八大略选战略,并对其进行了分析和评价,构件了湖南服装产业集群式发展战略体
系模型,并对湖南服装产业集群式发展战略保障,提出了一些合理性建议。

Abstract
Along more and more petition of apparel market inland and abroad,
development of Hunan clothing industry lags obviously. The article encircles the core that
how to peted predominance of Hunan clothing industry advantageously when
the state develop midland economy. Consult actuality of textile and clothes industry inland
and abroad. Analyze actuality and character of Hunan clothing industry mostly and problems
Hunan clothing industry face recently. Study developing trend of Hunan apparel industry
colony from theories about industry colony and regional economies and try to give some new
ideas about how to extend and intensify Hunan clothing industry by all of power,establish
growing plat of Hunan clothing activity and then promote development of Hunan clothing
industry.
Industry colony is a new area of research in domestic and overseas academe. It is also a
new task that how to promote regional economies by colony strategy. The innovation of this
article is through analyzing exterior circumstances and interior conditions of Hunan apparel
industry by SWOT analytical method,establishes SWOT matrix about Hunan apparel
industry and forms strategies that the government coordinate inner resources,based industry
