我国早期的大学体育教学模式较为保守,教与学处于对立的两方面,在激发学生
学习兴趣、促进学生个性发展方面存在很大不足。自上世纪 90 年代以来,我国高校
体育组织形式在国外户外运动、快乐体育、终身体育和多种高等学校体育管理模式的
影响下,体育俱乐部教学模式的研究受到教育学者们极大的关注。到上世纪 90 年代
末,高校体育俱乐部作为一项牵动学校体育整体改革的研究,开始呈现出多元化、多
样化的局面。但当前,国内关于体育俱乐部教学的研究主要集中在理论及模式的构建
方面,而实证分析和研究并不多见。在此背景下,本文以浙江省 10 所代表性高等院
校为研究对象进行实证研究,希望对我国高等教育体育教学的发展有所借鉴。本文在
参考了大量国内外研究资料的基础上,制定了科学的调查问卷,通过问卷就体育俱乐
部的师资结构、相关配套设施建设、学生的自主学习行为、教学方式转变等多个方面
对各高校开展体育俱乐部教学的现状进行了深入调查。调查发现:浙江省大部分高校
已认可并采用体育俱乐部教学模式,而且部分高校也已经取得了一定的成绩;浙江省
高校体育俱乐部呈现多元化发展的趋势,对促进学生的自主学习、激发学生学习兴趣
起到了良好的作用;有利于“终身体育”观念的形成;但同时,体育俱乐部的发展还
存在着师资队伍结构有待优化,课程设置不够丰富,学生的参与度不够,经费紧张、
融资渠道单一,设施较落后等问题。基于此,我们提出了相应的建议:加大力度引进、
培养人才,提高高校体育教师的综合素质;加大体育俱乐部教学模式的宣传力度,引
导学生积极自主学习;制定合理的课程目标;多措并举筹集资金,加强体育场馆设施
建设。

Abstract

The earlier sport teaching model of colleges and universities in our country was sticked
in the mud, and it couldn’t integrate well with the study of students. Therefore, the
students’ interesting and their personality development were much limited. Form 90s of
last century, the anizational form of colleges and universities changed gradually,
which was influenced by foreign outdoor exercises, fun sports, people's lifetime sports and
management system of sport in foreign colleges or universities. And the study on sport
club teaching moded as a mark of the innovation of higher education had been sprouting,
on which was payed much attention by scholars. The sport club teaching model which was
