中文摘要

由于1999年国家教育部颁布了《关于加强中小学心理健康教育的若干意见》、
2002年又颁布了《中小学心理健康教育指导纲要》。目前各中小学对于心理健康教
育的重视程度越来越高,把心理健康教
育作为学校教育的一个重要组成部分。我国中小学心理健康教育经过了上世
纪80 年代初期的调查、呼吁阶段,80年代中、后期的尝试、探索阶段,90年代初
期的发展、推进阶段和90 年代中后期的全面重视、整体发展等四个阶段,从整体
上来说,全国各地广大中小学校对心理健康教育的认识有了很大飞跃,各地普遍
开展了形式多样、内容丰富、适合中小学生特点的心理健康教育。但在发展的过
程中,我们也发现了,已经得到普遍重视和大力发展的心理健康教育还存在着一
定的问题,现有的系统和模式还不成熟,现有的途径还不完善,心理健康教育的
有效性还待提高,因此我们需要注入新的活力去推动这个相对新兴的教育内容有
更好地发展。
苏州市是心理健康教育开展比较早的地区,教育行政部门的重视和有力的举
措促使其发展得较为成熟并帮助创设了良好的教育氛围。本文以苏州市为例,旨
在通过调查法、资料综述法等对中小学学心理健康教育现阶段所采取的途径、方
法和有效性进行分析研究,并结合自身的实践和工作经验以及一些国外的先进做
法探索适合本地区中小学心理健康教育的更为系统和有效的途径。在探索过程中,
我发现了不少学校都颇具创造性地使用了适合本学校的、新的心理教育模式,开
拓了新的有效的途径,如何使它们得到推广也是本文要讨论的一个重要的问题。

At present various elementary and middle schools are getting higher and higher
