目前,在市场上购买一台数控车床的价格远大于改装一台普通车床所需花费,且在有技术条件下,对普通车床的数控化改造更可行。所以,本课题着重对普通车床的数控化改造设计。
本设计是对普通车床C6163的数控化改造,主要是对原有机床的结构进行创造性的设计,最终使机床达到比较理想的状态。其中主要对伺服系统、数控系统等方面做了详细的计算和设计。
本文研究了数控伺服系统的工作原理,阐述了C6163机床的数控化改造方案,分析了数控化改造过程中数控系统的选型。根据机械、动力学及电气设计原理,对数控机床的主传动系统进行了设计和校核;根据进给系统的要求,对切削力和滚珠丝杠进行了计算,并选配了合适的齿轮和进给电机。
主要设计过程如下:
首先,明确设计任务,构思总体结构方案,确定主要构件位置和总体结构;
其次,根据工作条件进行理论计算,分析性能要求,合理选择主要零部件;
第三,进行二维图纸的绘制,优化总体方案并进行装配图的绘制;
最终,对设计的产品进行经济性、环保性分析。
通过设计,可以得到以下结论:
一是,机床数控化改造后,能够达到所要求的加工精度,有很大的经济价值;
二是,设计理论不够成熟,本设计最大的缺陷是从生产技术来看,设计产品的实用与推广进一步研究。我们要加强理论与实践的结合,使我们的设计越来越科学先进。

Abstract
Currently, in the market, the price of C lathe is much higher than the required modification of a normal lathe, and NC restructure of normal lathe is more practicable on condition of exsiting technology. Therefore, this design will focus on the NC restructure of normal lathe.
This design is NC restructure of normal lathe C6163, mainly on the creative design of original structure of lathe to make lathe relative perfect. While in the process, we do detailed calculation and design of servo system, NC and so on.
Hereby study NC servo system working principles, expatiate how to transform the NC lathe C6163, and make analysis of how to select NC system in transforming process. Design and revise the main drive system of NC lathe according to the theory of mechanism, dynamics, and electric; Calculate the cutting force and ball-screw according to requirement of forwarding supply system, and opt appropriate gear and forwarding supply motor.
The main design process is as follows:
Firstly, clear design task, conceive idea of overall structure, and determine the location of the ponents and overall structure;
Secondly, theoretical calculating basing on working condition, analyzing performance requirements, selecting the ponents;
Thirdly, finish two-dimensional drawings to optimize the overall program and finish the assembling drawings;
Finally, make analysis of the economical and envi
