本篇设计主要介绍了DTⅡ皮带运输机的概况,及其主要设计计算过程,同时也介绍了皮带运输机中一些重要零部件。
皮带运输机是以胶带、钢带、布带和其它带型(如塑料带、合成带等)作为传送物料的工具。
其主要设计计算过程如下所示
1驱动力及所需传动功率的计算,其中主要计算圆周驱动力的计算(包括计算主要、阻力FH,主要特种阻力FS1、附加特种阻力FS2、倾斜阻力Fst) 传动滚筒轴功率的计算;2 传动滚筒、电机及驱动装置组合的选择;3输送带张力计算;4输送带张力校核; 5凹弧段曲率半径计算;6拉紧装置重垂装置质量的计算;7启制动计算(分别考虑空载、满载);另外一个重要环节就是要绘图,要完成如下部分绘制胶带机总图、绘制驱装装配图、绘制头架装配图、托辊图。
皮带运输机由皮带、机架、驱动滚筒、改向滚筒、承载托辊、回程托辊、张紧装置、清扫器等零部件组成。在正文作了详细介绍。

ABSTRACT
This design mainly introduced the DT II belt conveyer survey, and its the main design calculation process, simultaneously also introduced in the belt conveyer some important parts. The belt conveyer is by the adhesive tape, the steel belt, the cotton tape and other belts (for example plastic tape, synthesis belt and so on) takes the transmission material the tool. Its main design calculation process as follows shows 1 driving influence and needs the transmission power putation, putation circumference driving putation (is main, resistance FH putation, main special resistance FS1, attachment special resistance FS2, inclines resistance Fst) the transmission drum shaft putation; 2 )transmissions drums, electrical machinery and bination choice; 3) conveyor belts putation; 4 )conveyor belts tensities examination; 5) concave segmental arcs radius of putation; 6 )tightening devices hang the installment quality again putation; 7) opens applies the brake to calculate (separately considers idling, full load); Moreover an important link is must draw a chart, plete as follows partially draws up the adhesive tape machine assembly drawing, the plan drives to install the assembly drawing, the plan frame assembly drawing, the request roller chart. The belt conveyer by the leather belt, the rack, actuates the drum, to change to the drum, the load bearing holds the roller, the return trip to hold the roller, the stretching device, sweeping clear and so on the spare part to posed.
