摘要
员工是公司人力资源的重要组成部分。能否充分发挥员工在企业经营中的作用,是企业在市场竞争中能否赢得成功的重要因素之一。要充分发挥员工的作用,就要充分调动员工的积极性、主动性和创造性。为此,企业必须建立科学合理的激励制度。
本论文对中国古代的激励思想和西方学者的内容型、过程型、行为修正型激励理论进行了综述,其目的是为公司员工激励机制的建立奠定坚实的理论基础。接着,论文对公司员工的激励现状进行了分析,找出了公司在员工激励方面存在的问题,即薪酬结构体系不科学、精神激励匾乏,并对存在问题的原因进行了深究。最后,针对公司在员工激励方面存在的问题,并根据公司员工需求分析,结合公司人力资源趋年轻化的特点,从物质激励和精神激励两方面建立起公司员工新的激励机制。

Abstract
Enterprise staffs are positions of the enterprise human resources. Could give full play to staff role in enterprise's production and management, it is enterprise that could gain important factor of ess one of among petitions. Want abundant staffs function fully arousing the enthusiasm of staff, initiative and creativity. For this reason, enterprises must set up the incentive mechanism with rational science.
The present paper to the Chinese ancient times drive thought and the Western scholar's content, the process, the behavior revised the drive theory to carry on the summary; its goal was for pany staff drove the mechanism the establishment laid the solid rationale. Then, the paper has carried on the analysis to pany staff's drive present situation, discovered pany in the staff to drive the aspect existed the question, namely the salary structure system not science, the spiritual drive plaque deficiency, and to had the problem the reason to carry on has gone into seriously. Finally, in view of pany in the staff drove the aspect exists the question, and according to pany staff demand analysis, the pany human resources hastens the youth oriented the characteristic, from the material drove and the spirit drove two aspects establish pany staff's new drive mechanism.
