摘要
企业文化有着丰富的内涵,对企业的长远发展有着重要的作用。我国的家族企业在改革开放的过程中取得了长足的发展,但也存在诸多问题亟待解决,特别是家族企业自身在企业文化建设上存在的缺陷,已经在一定程度上阻碍了企业的发展,应该引起足够的重视。为此,探索和建立适合家族企业本身特点的企业文化就显得尤其重要,加强企业文化建设,必须从实践和理论角度对家族企业的发展路径进行深入探讨,科学地把握企业文化建设的作用和意义,分析家族企业文化的先天优势,指出家族企业文化方面存在的内在缺陷,从而走出对企业文化建设认识上的误区,并就家族企业文化的建设提出了相关政策建议。
首先,本文概述家族企业文化的背景与现状。
其次,根据现时家族企业文化的优劣势,对其进行分析。
再次,列举家族企业文化建设的成功与失败的案例,从中找出家族文化建设的对策。
最后,提出家族企业文化构建的策略与建议。

Abstract
The enterprise culture is full of rich connotation, playing a important role in long term development of corporate. Family firm in our country has obtained the considerable development in the reform and open policy process, but also has many problems to urgently which is awaited to be solved, specially the flaw of family firm which exists in the corporate culture construction, has already hindered corporate's development in the certain degree. It should pay attention. Therefore, it's important to explore and establish the corporate culture which suits the family firm. Strengthens the corporate culture construction, must scientifically grasps the corporate culture construction the function and the significance, the analysis family firm culture congenital superiority, thus goes out to the corporate culture construction understanding in the erroneous zone, and put forward the related policy proposal on the family firm culture construction.
First, this article outlines the family firm culture the back ground and the present situation.
Second, according to the present family firm culture superior inferiority, carries on the analysis to it.
Third, Gives an example about the essful and defeat case of the corporate cultural of family firm, find out the family cultural reconstruction the countermeasure.
Finally, proposed the corporate culture of family firm constructs strategy and suggestion.
