摘要:20世纪90年代初,旅游业已经发展成为世界上最大的产业之一。在充满竞争的21世纪,都市,特别是国际大都市,因其巨大的集聚效应和服务功能,成为区域经济发展的增长极。在中国,旅游业是伴随着改革开放的步伐成长壮大的,虽然起步较晚,但是发展的势头不容小视,极大的发展空间和极高的发展速度使中国日益成为世界重要的旅游目的地。目前,上海作为全国旅游业最为发达的城市之一,在全国旅游业的发展中有着较高的地位,并且发挥着较大的功能。
Abstract:At the beginning of 1990s, the tourism already developed into one of biggest industrial in the world. In the 21st century, the metropolis, specially the international metropolis, because of its huge accumulative effect and the service function, e the extremely growth of region economy development. In China, tourism is following the reform and open policy step growth strength, although it starts late, but its development cannot be looked down upon, the enormous development space and the extremely high development speed causes China to be the important traveling destination in the world day by day. At present, Shanghai es one of national tourism most developed cities, has the high status in the national tourism development, and is displaying the big function.

改革开放后,伴随着社会经济的迅速发展,人们的生活水平有了很大提高,国内旅游的发展如火如荼。而上海作为中国第一大城市,世界第八大城市,中国四个直辖市之一,中国最大的经济中心和贸易港口,全国最大的综合性工业城市,也是全国重要的科技中心、金融中心和信息中心,可以说是中国旅游发展的重要城市,并且一直以来也起着旅游业龙头的作用。
