摘要:烟草病毒病害是严重影响烟草生产质量和数量的一大危害。而 2,5-寡腺苷酸合成酶(2-5AS)有重要的抗病毒作用。我们利用构建好的连接有2-5AS基因的表达载体pBINplusA,转化根癌农杆菌,用叶盘法侵染本氏烟,使用卡那霉素(Kan)进行筛选培养,以期获得具有广普病毒抗性的转基因烟草。目前已得到具有Kan 抗性的愈伤组织并分化出不定芽。

The Transformation of 2,5-oligoadenylate Synthetase Gene Mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens in
Abstract :o virus disease is one of the disasters that influence the o production quality and quantityseriously. 2,5-oligoadenylate synthetase (2-5AS) has important antivirus function. We utilize the well-constructed expression vector pBINplusA that has the2-5AS gene to transform the Abacterium tumefaciens, and transfect the with leaf dishes of law, then carry on the selection on the basis of the kanamycin (kan), in order to get the transgenic o with wide general virus resisting. And now, we have got the nized with the resistence to kanamycin and it has already developed the adventitious bud.

前言
烟草病毒病是烟草生产中危害最大的病害,其发生遍及各烟区,它们不仅造成烟草产量的损失,而且使烟草品质严重下降,近年来田间经常出现的病毒粒子复合侵染现象,更加重了病毒病对烟株生长的危害,使病毒症状加重且表现复杂化。耕作制度的变迁,持续暖冬现象的发生和北方保护地蔬菜面积的不断扩大,造成了有利于病毒和其它毒介体越冬越夏的环境条件,使烟草病毒病有日趋严重之势。
