苯烷基化制乙苯危险性分析与对策措施研究

摘要

“预防为主,防治结合”是我国的一项基本消防工作方针;“安全第一,预防为
主”是任何公民和单位都应遵守的一条基本准则。危险化学品在极大的改变人们生活的
同时,也因其固有的易燃、易爆、毒害和腐蚀等危险性,对人生安全构成了威胁。并且,
过程装置的工艺结构也决定了装置系统的危险特征。本文通过对苯烷基化制乙苯的整个
工艺过程进行评价,找出其存在的隐患,分析隐患存在的原因,提出消除方案并制定防
范措施和管理决策。

BENZENE ALKYLATION OF ETHYLBENZENE WITH RISK
ANALYSIS COUNTERMEASURES RESEARCH

ABSTRACT

"Prevention first, combining prevention with control" is a basic principle of fire
prevention;"Safety first, prevention first" is a unit of any citizen and should observe a basic
criteria. Dangerous chemicals in the massive changes in people's lives also because of its
inherent flammable, explosive, poisonous and corrosive dangerous, posing a threat to human
life. Also, the process of device installation process also determines the structure of the risk
characteristics of the system. In this paper, Alkylation of Benzene Ethylbenzene to evaluate
the whole process to identify the existence of hidden dangers, analyzes hidden reason for the
existence, make mendations to eliminate the program and to develop preventive
measures and management decisions.
