矿用铰接式自卸车车架动态仿真与研究
摘要
随着计算机技术的发展,以CAD/CAE为支撑的设计技术逐步得到发展并在具体型号的研制中得到应用,尤其是以ADAMS为代表的虚拟样机技术软件的出现,使得过去繁杂的动力学分析和求解过程变得简单起来。本文采用多刚体系统动力学的理论方法,在solidworks中完成模型的初步建立,应用ADAMS_View建立了某种矿用铰接式自卸车整车多自由度模型,在不同路谱条件下(搓板路,平路,矩形坑路面,V型坑路面,三角凸台路面,左右颠簸路面,上坡路面,下坡路面)进行动态模拟仿真,通过对车辆进行多体动力学的研究,对车辆的受力进行了分析, 探索运用ADAMS软件评价整车受力的方法。

Dynamic simulation and Research of articulated Mining dump truck frame
Abstract
With the development puter technology to CAD / CAE technology to support the progressive development of the design and development of specific models has been applied, especially in ADAMS, represented by the emergence of virtual prototyping software, making plex dynamics of the past and easy up the solution process. In this paper, the theory of multi-body dynamics method plete the model in solidworks initially established, the application ADAMS_View established some sort of mining multiple degrees of freedom model articulated dump truck vehicle in different road conditions(Washboard road, flat road, rectangular pit road, V-type pit road, Delta Boss road, Bump around road, uphill side, downhill side), the dynamic spectrum of simulation, Through the multi-body vehicle dynamics studies, the force of the vehicle are analyzed to explore the use of the vehicle by the force of ADAMS software evaluation methods.
