文档介绍：摘要I摘要企业信用档案是由相关企业、机构、组织产生的,直接反映某企业在经济往来中履约历史和履约能力的,具有保存价值的历史记录。作为联系企业和其他市场行为主体的一个纽带,企业信用档案在整个市场经济运行过程中越来越凸显出其重要价值。一定意义上来说,一个的高低不仅能够直接反映出该国市场经济整体发展状况的好坏,也衡量着单个经济实体——企业的发展潜力。进一步来讲,企业信用档案建设状况也直接或间接地影响着整个社会信用文化建设的进程。近年来,随着社会各界对企业信用档案重要性的认识逐步提高,各级各部门也在加大对企业信用档案的建设力度,并在以相关法律法规文件的出台和信用体系的构建等方面作为保障的前提下,取得了一定的实践成果。然而,正如哲学上所说,任何事物的发展都不可能一帆风顺,我国的企业信用档案建设亦是如此。面对在建设过程中尚存在的诸多问题,研究如何应对也便成为重要之重。基于此,本文展开了对我国企业信用档案建设研究的相关论述。具体来讲,本文主体分为五个部分。第一部分,引言。介绍了本文的研究目的、意义以及国内外研究现状。第二部分,企业信用档案。本部分从介绍企业信用档案的外延、内涵以及来源入手,详细分析了企业信用档案的特点,并在阐明建立企业信用档案必要性及其作用的基础上,明确了建立企业信用档案应遵循的原则。第三部分,我国企业信用档案建设的现状。本部分在肯定我国企业信用档案建设已取得的成绩的基础上,重点分析了我国企业信用档案建设过程中尚存在的问题,这些问题主要涉及到意识、法规机制、管理主体、具体管理环节四个方面。第四部分,完善我国企业信用档案建设的对策。本部分是整篇论文的主体,主要是就企业信用建设中存在的问题,有针对性的从强化信用意识、健全法规机制、完善管理体系、抓好管理环节四个方面来详细阐述如何做好我国的企业信用档案建设工作。第五部分,结束语。本部分回顾了本篇论文的主要写作内容,并对我国企业信用档案建设的前景提出展望。关键词:信用企业信用档案建设我国企业信用档案建设研究IIAbstractEnterprise credit files are historic records that have the preserved are produced by the related enterprises, the institutions or anizations, and directly reflect an enterprise’s performance history andperformance ability in economic activities.
