文档介绍:摘要本文首先对内蒙古地区电网做了简单的介绍,然后简要叙述了内蒙古巴彦淖尔地区电网“十二五”风电的规划设计。巴彦淖尔地区风电按照全容量计算,2010~ 2015年,地区装机将持续盈余。进入“十二五”,虽然地区用电负荷不断增长,但由于地区电网“十二五”期间有大量风电项目和一些火电项目的建设,地区装机容量仍将盈余。而巴彦淖尔地区现有电网接入条件已不能满足后续项目送出需要。己建成并网发电的机组由于限电原因,企业效益相对不佳。现有的输送通道远不能满足网内风电消纳和富余电力送出需求。针对上述问题,本文首先分析了常用风机的型号及参数,然后根据风电厂和电网运行的要求及相关规定,设定了风电厂无功功率、电压和运行频率的参考参数。针对风电机组并网会吸收无功功率这一特点,采取了并联电容器组和静止无功补偿器SVC相结合进行无功补偿的方法,提高了风电厂的功率因数,保证了电网电压的稳定性。然后介绍了经典的牛顿一拉夫逊潮流计算方法,并对巴彦淖尔地区风电出力不同时的电网进行潮流计算。最后通过综合分析巴彦淖尔地区电网的潮流数据和“十二五”期间地区电网的风电规划,提出了在乌拉特中旗和乌拉特后旗建设220kV开闭站来解决风电接入的方案和建立抽水蓄能电站与风电互补,进而提高风电的消纳和富余电力送出。关键词:风力发电牛顿法潮流计算无功补偿抽水蓄能电站 ABSTRACT Firstly,a simple introduction to the Inner Mongolian area work has been the wind electricity plan design in“Twelfth Five-year Plan’’of the Inner Mongolian Bayannor area work is briefly 2010 to2015,wind power inBayannor area,according to the entire capacity,will continue the the‘‘Twelfth Five-year Plan”,area electrical load grows of the construction of massive wind electricity project and some thermal power project,during the“Twelfth Five-year Plan”,area installed capacity still the existing turning on condition ofBayannor area work has not been able tosatisfy the following project tosend out theneed. Because ofthe limitofelectricity,many enterprises benefit existing transfer passage cannot satisfy thedemand ofwind power consumption and the sending out of extra electric power.
