摘要
飞速发展的技术变革和创新,以及迅速变化的差异化顾客需求等新竞争环境的出现,使越来越多的组织通过构筑自身的人力资源竞争力来维持生存并促进持续发展。在以人为本的观念熏陶下,人事管理在组织中的作用日益突出。但是,人员的复杂性和组织的特有性使得人事管理成为难题。基于这个时代背景,人事管理将成为人事管理的重要部分。人事管理系统成为许多企业管理中非常重要的部分。人事管理系统的作用之一就是为企业建立规划人事档案。它的出现使得人事管理的速度加快,也使得企业管理者分析企业员工的能力成为可能。从而实现企业内人事管理的标准化,科学化,数字化和网络化。

Abstract
The rapid development of technology reform and innovation, and the difference of the rapidly changing customer demand of petition environment, make anizations through constructing its human petitiveness to survive and promote sustainable order to care for people, personnel management of increasingly prominent role in anization. However, researchers plexity of the special type anization, personnel management makes a difficult problem. Based on the background, the personnel management will e an important part of the personnel management. Many personnel management system in enterprise management is very important part. One of the personnel management system for the enterprises to establish a role is planning personnel document. It appears that makes the personnel management more faster, but also makes the enterprise managers analysis enterprise staff's ability to e possible. So as the standardization of personnel management in enterprises, scientific, digital work e true.

随着计算机技术的飞速发展,计算机在企业管理中应用的普及,利用计算机实现企业人事管理势在必行。对于大中型企业来说,利用计算机支持企业高效率完成劳动人事管理的日常事务,是适应现代企业制度要求、推动企业劳动人事管理走向科学化、规范化的必要条件;计算机管理所无法比拟的优点检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿
