液力传动变速箱是汽车中的驱动设备, 广泛的应用于叉车、牵引车、挖掘车等工业车辆中。随着国家经济建设的不断发展,对液力传动变速箱的需求量将逐年大幅度增加,液力传动变速箱用户对性能要求越来越高。
本课题设计一个驱动60吨的液力传动变速箱。液力传动变速箱主要由变速箱、液力变矩器、油泵总成、操纵阀组件、离合器和液压控制等部分组成。由液力变矩器提供转矩和具有前进二档、后退二档共四个档位的动力换档变速箱,液力传动变速箱采用单级二相三工作轮综合式液力变矩器。液力变矩器使该液力传动变速箱具有液力传动输出的自动适应性,能随着外负载的变化而相应改变其输出扭矩和转速,而且要求能够吸收和消除来自发动机和外负载对传动系统的冲击振动。所采用的换档方式要求操纵简单、方便,起动平稳,较大地减轻操作者劳动强度。
本课题通过液力传动变速箱主要参数的设计,用三维设计软件Pro/E来实现液力传动变速箱的零部件造型和整机造型。在液力传动变速箱设计过程中,在投入生产之前利用计算机进行装配仿真,及时纠正设计中的不足。

Abstract
The Hydraulic Transmission Box is the drive equipment in a car,widely used in forklifts, tractors and shovel trucks. With the continuous development of economic construction, the demond of Hydraulic transmission boxes will get a significant increase year by year, and users increasingly high performance requirements.
This topic is a design of a hydraulic transmission box with 60 ton drive power. The Hydraulic transmission box includes a transmission, a hydraulic converter, oil pump unit, control valve module, a clutch and a Hydraulic pressure controller. The hydraulic converter provides the torque and a transmission with two forward stall and two back stall. The hydraulic transmission box uses a one-pole-two-phase- three-wheel hydraulic converter. The hydraulic converter make the hydraulic transmission box have automatic adaptive of hydraulic transmission output. It would change the output torque and speed by the changes of the external load, and required to absorb and eliminate the vibration from the engine and external loads. The way of shift should be easy and convenient. It should start smooth and make its best to reduce the operator’s labor intensity.
Through the design of the main parameters and the 3D design software Pro/E, this topic make out the parts modeling and the whole machine modeling of the hydraulic transmission box. During the process of design and before produce, puter simulation to correct the mistakes of this design.
