摘要
单克隆抗体技术是现代生命科学研究的重要工具,在基因和蛋白质的结构和功能研究方面有着不可或缺的作用。近年来,随着分子生物学技术的发展,出现了嵌合单克隆抗体和由转基因小鼠、噬菌体展示技术、核糖体展示技术及共价展示技术所产生的单克隆抗体。这些技术将有效解决单克隆抗体的鼠源性等问题。本文主要讲述制备单抗的实验过程,并对实验结果及其影响因素进行分析。

Abstract
The monoclonal antibody technology is the modern life sciences research important tool, has the indispensable function in the gene and the protein structure and the function research aspect. In recent years, along with the molecular biology technology's development, presented the embedment monoclonal antibody and by the transgene mouse, the bacteriophage demonstrated that the technology, the ribosome demonstrated the technology and the covalence demonstrated the technology produces monoclonal antibody. These technologies effective addressing monoclonal antibody questions and so on mouse source. This article mainly prepares Shan Kang the new technology to the above several kinds to make a summary and analysis of factors.
