近些年来,电力系统谐波问题在世界范围内得到了广泛的关注。由于电力电子设备
在电气化铁道、化工、冶金、煤炭等工业部门的大量应用,使得电力系统谐波问题日益严重,从而将谐波的管理、监测和治理等摆在了十分重要的位置。
本论文从谐波检测角度出发,对单相电力系统的谐波检测装置进行了设计。主要设计了以TMS320F206和AD73360为核心器件的单相谐波检测装置。硬件系统完成对电压和电流信号的采集,对模拟信号进行数字化处理,与上位机的串口通信功能。算法中设计了SPLL(Software Phase Locked Loop)--软件锁相环,它能够控制A/D的同步采样,进而提高FFT测算各次谐波的频率、幅值和相位的准确度。
本论文研究了稳态谐波信号和非稳态信号的检测方法。按照时域测量谐波的方法,对稳态谐波信号的检测方法进行了设计与实现,主要应用FIR(Finite Impulse Response)加窗数字滤波技术。,并对不同谐波信号进行仿真实验。
对设计的装置进行测试,结果表明,所设计的单相谐波检测装置可以实现对稳态谐波信号的检测。

Abstract
The problems on power system harmonics have been attached widespread importance all over the world from one decade to the next. Electrified railway which has developed rapidly, the equipments of power electronics & power drive which have been applied largely in the departments of Chemical industry,Metallurgical industry,Coal industry…,make the problems on power system harmonics serious day by day. Therefore,to control harmonics,to inspect and to harness harmonics have been set to an important position。
At harmonics detection angle,the paper studied on the technology of checking & measuring harmonics in single phase power system,and mainly based on analyzing the technology of harmonics detection,The harmonics detection device has been designed to such a hardware system which has included a kernel TMS320F206&AD73360,and the hardware system can detect the frequency of fundamental wave,and can plish sampling data, this system can carry through the method of digital signal process,and this system included serial ports municate between the hardware system board and Upper PC. In the software arithmetic on the system was included SPLL-Software Phase Locked Loop which can control the synchronous sampling of A/D,and then advance the precision of the every harmonics frequency,scope and phase measured by FFT。
