摘要
图书管理系统是智能办公系统的重要组成部分,因此,图书管理系统也以方便、快捷的优点正慢慢地进入人们的生活,将传统的图书管理方式彻底的解脱出来,提高效率,减轻工作人员以往繁忙的工作,减少出错的概率。
高等学校图书馆管理系统的开发与应用是高等学校学生信息管理现代化、科学化的需要。近年来,图书馆所涉及到的数据信息越来越多,越来越细,教育管理工作人员越来越少,时间要求越来越短,安全性能要求也越来越高。图书馆传统的操作方式和管理手段已不能适应高等学校形势发展的需要。从科学性角度分析:图书馆管理系统的开发与应用是现代化的重要标志;高质量的图书管理是高校图书馆发展决策的重要依据。这些决策直接关系着学校的整体发展。只有根据教育管理工作的特点和要求,利用先进的计算机工具,建立和应用图书管理系统才能提供科学性的图书管理。
图书管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(MIS),其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。
因此本人结合B/S结构图书馆管理系统的要求,对MS SQL Server2005数据库管理系统、应用程序设计,数据库技术进行了较深入的学习和应用,主要完成对图书管理系统的需求分析、功能模块划分、数据库模式分析,并由此设计了数据库结构和应用程序。
