摘要:涡轮增压技术促进了增压器的发展,但增压器的测试和检验没有智能化的设施,目前国内还采用指针式仪表,通过人工方式读取试验数据的手段进行。为了改变落后的增压器测试技术,提高增压器测试的效率和自动化与智能化程度,本文设计了一套以嵌入式ARM7处理器为核心的增压器测试系统,实现了数据采集(包括:增压器的转速、温度、压力、流量等13路信号)、参数监测、性能分析等多种功能。并通过重庆江津径流增压器厂应用表明,系统功能完善,运行可靠,测试数据精确,显示界面友好,操作简单,提高了测试工作的效率,该系统具有广阔的应用前景。

System design of the embedded turbocharger based on ARM7
Abstract: The technology of turbo accelerating the development of supercharger, but the testing of supercharger not having the intellectualized establishment. At present, the domestic turbocharger’s testing used to adopting pointer indicators which read testing data by manpower. In order to improve the turbocharger capability test and the efficiency of the automatic intelligent degree, the paper designs a new turbocharger capability testing system which adopts the embedded processor ARM7 as its core. The system contains test platform, embedded acquisition system and PC capability analyzing software, realizes many functions such as data acquisition, parameter supervising and capability analyses etc. Applied by the ChongQing JiangJin Runoff Turbocharger Factory, it is turn out to be that the system has perfect function, credible run, precise testing data, friendly software interface and simple manipulation to improve the testing efficiency and have a bright future.

涡轮增压技术自问世以来,促进了内燃机
