摘要
随着社会的发展与科技的进步,视频监控系统在人们的生活中扮演越来越重要的角色,而传统的模数混合视频监控系统已不能满足人们日益增长的需求。网络的普及,使得基于网络的监控系统成为下一代视频监控的主要发展方向。因此对网络摄像机的研究具有重要意义。本文在分析现有视频监控系统的基础上,深入研究了网络摄像机的构成原理,设计并制作了硬件电路,进行了基于ARM的嵌入式系统开发、调试,最终成功实现了网络摄像机的基本功能。主要工作包括以下几个方面:
1)硬件电路系统设计。首先在分析网络摄像机的数据处理流程的基础上,提出硬件系统需求,然后根据嵌入式系统设计方法学的原则,进行相关芯片的选型。其次,在完成芯片选型以后,根据各相关数据手册进行原理图绘制,在分析了各信号流程和速率以后,完成PCB设计。最终完成硬件系统设计。
2)开发环境的建立。本文采用交叉开发方式,上位机使用普通PC机安装linux的Fedora 10操作系统,编译安装arm-linux交叉编译工具链,目标板使用S3C2440A作为系统核心,采用六层PCB核心板和两层PCB的底板的方式构成。移植u-boot ,并引导系统核心,。
3)软硬联合调试与系统功能测试。实现了网络摄像机的基本功能,本系统上电后直接接入教研室局域网,网络上的任意一台电脑(包括有线和无线)即可访问本系统摄像机的实时图像信息,图像分辨率为640*480,图像质量较好。
本文从网络摄像机系统分析设计、软硬件开发平台搭建、嵌入式系统移植、网络摄像机功能实现与测试四个方面详细讨论了高清网络视频摄像机的设计与实现。

Abstract
Fast social development makes Video Monitor System playing an increasingly important role in our lives, but the traditional Anolog Video Monitor System, with a limited bandwith, can not meet our increasing demand any more. The popularity of work makes the Web-based Monitor System ing the next generation of Video Surveillance system. Therefore it is important to do more research on the IP Cameras. Based on the analysis of existing Video Monitor System, this thesis designed the hardware circuits for the IP Cameras and developed the ARM-based embedded system. After carefully problems debugging, this thesis finally eeded in achieving the basic functions of work camera. This paper’s main work are include:
