随着电力电子技术的发展,以及各种新型控制器件和先进控制方法在电机调速系统中的应用,交流电机控制精度得到了极大的提高。为了满足高性能、节能和环保的要求,交流电机调速以其特有的优点,正逐步取代直流调速,在电气传动领域中扮演着重要的角色。
本课题主要针对交流异步电机变频调速控制系统进行了研究和探讨,提出了相应的软、硬件设计方案,以TI公司的电机专用控制芯片DSP TMS320LF2407A为控制核心,采用V/F控制和空间电压矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)相结合的控制方法,实现了对交流异步电机变频调速控制。
论文阐述了交流异步电机的数学模型和变频调速原理;设计了以DSP最小系统为核心的控制电路、变频主电路、信号采集电路等;在CCS集成开发环境下,采用C语言编程实现了上述的变频调速控制策略;同时为了实现该控制系统的灵活性,还采用VC++编写了上位机控制程序,使PC机通过串口对DSP进行控制,并将电机的运行状态在PC机上显示;还扩展了CAN总线,方便了电机的多机控制和远程控制。
论文最后给出了实验结果和波形分析。结果表明了该变频调速控制系统具有良好的动静态调速性能,验证了系统设计的有效性和可行性。

ABSTRACT
With the development of power electronic technology,and as well as different kinds of new control models and advanced control methods used in motor speed control system,the accuracy of AC motor control system has been significantly meet the requirements of high·performance,energy saving and environmental,AC motor converter is gradually replacing DCconverter in the field of electric drive andplays an important role with its unique advantage.
The main topic of this paper is to introduce and discuss AC induction motor Ijrequency variable control system,and the corresponding hardware and software design will be mentioned as solution is to use motor control chip DSP TMS320LF2407Awith V/F and SVPWM control methods to control AC together induction variable control motorequencysystem.
Amathematical model of inductionmotor and VVVFprinciple are given in this paper;A control circuit with a minimize DSP system as the core and main invertercircuit and signal acquisition circuit are designed here;Make the above Frequency Control Strategy into actualization using C language in the environment S;Meanwhile,in order to achieve the flexibility of the control system,VC++PCcontrol program is also system can be controlled by a PCvia the serial port,and the motor running states Canbe displayed on the PC screen;To facilitate themulti‘motor control andrealize the remote control,the CANbus is also extended.
