摘要
论文针对当前各企业工程资料管理存在的主要问题,以及工程单位资料管理的特点的要求构造系统模型。本系统采用微软的Windows XP为开发平台,Mysql 为后台数据库,JSP为开发工具,最终开发出一个能够适应当前工程单位发展的工程资料管理系统。并从技术和设计实现两个方面论述了系统的设计和开发过程。在技术上,深入探讨了管理信息系统的工作原理,分析了工程单位工程资料管理中的各个业务流程。在设计实现上,将系统划分为五个子系统,资料借阅子系统,用户操作子系统,数据管理子系统,报订管理子系统,系统管理子系统来实现其功能。该系统体现了当前管理信息系统比较先进的设计水平和实现技术,对其它工程资料管理系统的设计开发具有借鉴意义。它的设计实现必将提高我,产生一定的经济利益和社会利益。
这篇论文的主要内容包括系统概述,系统需求分析,系统总体设计,数据库设计,系统详细设计和实现,系统测试六个方面,详细地阐述了工程资料管理的全过程。

ABSTRACT
The thesis is to the main problems existing in management of the engineering of all engineering enterprise at present, rule and systematic model of structures of the characteristics of engineering manage in engineering enterprise. This system uses Microsoft's Windows XP for the development platform, Mysql as the background database, JSP as development tools. Eventually, design a system which to adapt to the current development of the engineering enterprise. And from technology and design achievement that has described the systematic design and development process. Here technically, probe into operation principle of the management information system thoroughly analysis of the project engineering data management units in the various business processes. In the design implementation, the system will divide into five subsystems, namely lending information subsystem, user subsystem, data management subsystem, subscription management subsystem, system management subsystem to achieve the function. This system has reflected more advanced design level of the management information system at present and realized technology, is it has meaning of drawing lessons from to develop to other engineering design of the management information system. It will improve the design and implementation of the project engineering data management unit level, it will create certain economic benefits and social benefits.
