摘要
招聘是人力资源管理活动当中很重要的一个模块。招聘为企业引进人才,增加企业的活力和动力,对于企业的生存和发展起着非常重要的作用。企业文化是在企业长期发展过程中形成的,是企业的核心价值观的体现,对于企业的人力资源管理具有重要的意义。但是在现实中,企业在进行招聘活动时往往忽略或者不够重视企业文化的重要指导作用,没有运用企业文化来指导招聘工作,使得招聘结果与预期有很大的差距。因此,本文在参考了前人对招聘模式研究的基础上,深入了解和分析企业文化对招聘的重要影响作用后,得出要在企业招聘过程中融入企业文化,并且建立基于企业文化的招聘模式,最后对如何建立基于企业文化的招聘模式提出建议。

Abstract
Recruitment is one of the most important parts in HRM. The talents can be selected pany’s recruitment , which can strengthen pany’s vigor petitiveness. Therefore , recruitment also plays an important role in terms pany’s existence and development. pany’s culture is formed in the process pany’s development , and it is also the love pany’s value which has a significant effect on HRM . However in reality, panies neglect or pay less attention to pany’s value in the process of recruitment , which results in a hug gap between the expected one and the final one . Therefore , after analyzing how pany’s value affects the recruitment on the base of taking reference on recruitment model study ,the article conclude that pany should add pany’s value in the process of recruitment and build up a recruitment model based pany’s value . In the last part ,this is article suggests how to build up a recruitment model based pany’s value.
