摘要:在煤与瓦斯突出矿井中,石门揭突出煤层危险性大,时间特别长,是矿井安全技术的重点和采掘部署的瓶颈工程。本文阐述了国内外关于煤与瓦斯突出机理的综合学说,详细分析了石门揭煤突出的原理,包括其突出影响因素、发生条件、突出煤体的力学特性与瓦斯流动规律,之后对通过对平行布孔抽放瓦斯、扇形布孔抽放瓦斯、交叉布孔抽放瓦斯比较,提出平煤八矿戊9-10煤层的揭煤方案——石门短导硐、交叉布孔抽放瓦斯和震动放炮相结合的揭煤措施。并按《防治煤与瓦斯突出细则》制定了“四位一体”防突措施及相关安全防护及防突措施。

This article elaborated domestic and foreign about coal and gas prominent theory, multi analysis rock cross cut has uncovered the coal prominent principle,including its prominent influence factor,has the condition,the prominent coal body mechanics characteristic and the gas mobile rule,to through to paralle cloth Kong Pulls and puts the gas fan-shaped cloth Kong Pulls out puts the gas, overlapping cloth hole pulls out put the pares afterwards,proposed the even coal eight ores fifth heavenly stems 9-10coal bed uncovers coal plan-rock cross cut short to lead uncovers the coal measure which hole,overlapping cloth hole Pulls out gas and the vibration fires a gun formulated “a four body”according to “Preventing and controlling Coal ang Gas Prominent Regulation” to guard against suddenly the measure and the correlation security protection and guards against suddenly the measure.
