我们日常所见到的机器,如机床、起重机、汽车、拖拉机等,都装有一个用来接受外界能源输入的原动机,如电动机、内燃机等,并通过机器中的一系列传动装置,把原动机的动作转变为机器工作机构的动作,以完成机器工作任务。例如,车床主轴的旋转、刀架的移动、起重机吊钩的升降等等。所以一部完整的机器都是由原动机,传动装置和工作机构三部分所组成。
传动装置是一部机器的重要组成部分,它在很大程度上决定着机器的性能。传动装置的主要类型有机械传动、电气传动和流体传动。
液压传动和液力传动是以液体为工作介质的流体传动,是以液体的压力能来工作的,而压力传动除压力能外,主要是靠液体的动能进行工作的。
关键词:液压传动、液压泵、液压缸、压力、流向、流量、速度、方向控制阀、系统回路、有效工作压力、有效工作流量。
ABSTRACT
We daily saw the machine, like the engine bed, the hoist crane, the automobile, the tractor and so on, are loaded with one to use for to accept the outside energy input the prime mover, like the electric motor, the bustion engine and so on, and through machine's in a series of transmission device, transform prime mover's movement into the machine operating mechanism movement, completes the machine work mission. For example, lathe main axle's revolving, tool rest's migration, hoist crane lift hook's fluctuation and so on. Therefore plete machine is by the prime mover, the transmission device and the operating mechanism three pose.
The transmission device is a machine's ponent, it is deciding machine's performance to a great extent. Transmission device’s predominant type has the mechanical drive, the electric drive and the fluid drive.
The hydraulic transmission and the fluid drive are take the liquid as the actuating medium fluid drive, is works by the liquid pressure energy, but the pressure transmission besides the pressure energy, is mainly carries on the work depending on the liquid ic energy.
