在均每年需求各种不同规格的调度绞车数万台,因此,改进质量,降低成本对调度绞车的开发具有重要意义。在本次设计中,把行星传动原理知识运用到设计中,其结构设计新颖紧凑,效率高,承载能力强。它具有简化整体结构降低成本,节约能源,改善传动性能及维修方便等优点。对此回柱绞车添加一防逆零件。选用棘轮机构由棘轮和棘爪组成的一种单向间歇运动机构。绞车中棘轮机构常用以防止逆转。棘轮机构工作时常伴有噪声和振动,因此它的工作频率不能过高。在添加空心轴磁粉离合器对绞车起过载保护作用。这种绞车与老式绞车相比结构更合理,简单,制造工艺性好,传动效率高,使用寿命长且成本低. 从而使系统传动结构大为简化,结构更加紧凑,产品成本可降低20% 左右。我设计的这种回柱绞车是一种很有发展前途的新型绞车。

绞车的背景与设计的意义
背景:绞车winch又称为卷扬机,引进荷兰技术设计的绞车,精巧耐用。主要运用于建筑、水利工程、林业、矿山、码头等物料的升降和平拖。
绞车具有以下特点:通用性高、结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、起重大、使用转移方便,还可作现代化电控自动作业线的配套设备。-350吨,分为快速和慢速两种。其中高于20吨的为大吨位绞车,绞车可以单独使用,也可作为起重、筑路和矿井提升等机械中的重要部件,因操作简单、绕绳量大、位置方便而广泛应用。绞车的主要技术指标有额定负载、支持负载、绳速、容绳量等。
