摘要
钛及其合金具有比强度高、耐腐蚀性能优、生物相容性好等优点,是航空航天装备、重大军事装备、耐腐蚀、耐压大型工业设备的重要材料;高档钛白粉是高档油漆、纸张、化纤等的着色、改性材料。随着我国综合国力的提高,它们在国内的需求量增长很快。为了满足国内日益增长的需求,要加快钛资源的开发利用,特别是生产出作为其原料的富钛料。
针对XXX铁精矿选矿—电炉熔分渣杂质Ca、Mg、Si、Al等的组织结构复杂的特性,结合富钛料的生产方法,实验采用了熔分渣稀硫酸浸出制取富钛料的探索性试验研究。实验时对不同酸浸时间、硫酸浓度、矿物粒度、矿酸比等因素对熔分渣的影响进行了分析讨论。实验结果表明,在温度100℃、时间1小时、硫酸浓度40%、矿物粒度300目、矿酸比1:6的酸浸条件下,经酸浸后的TiO2富集渣品位可达60%左右。

ABSTRACT
The titanium and its the alloy have the specific tenacity high, theanti-corrosive performance superior, the patibility good and so on the merit, is the aerospace equipment, the significant military equipment, is anti-corrosive, the pressure resistance major industry equipment important material; The upscale titanium oxide powder is the upscale paint, the paper, the chemical fiber and so on the coloration, the modified material. Along with our prehensive national strength enhancement, they are very quick in the domestic demand quantity growth. In order to satisfy the domestic daily aggregate demand, must speed up the titanium resources the development use, especially produces takes its raw material the rich titanium material.
