提要:在项目管理建设中,风险几乎无处不在。如何有效地识别、控制和管理风险,对项目的成功起着至关重要的影响。一个项目有可以预料的风险和不可预料的风险,通过对软件项目工程管理多年经验,整理出软件项目管理中经常出现可预料的,风险及防范措施,希望对项目经理制定项目风险计划和进行风险防范等提供一些有价值的帮助。项目风险是指由于项目所处环境和条件本身的不确定性和主观上不能准确预见或控制影响因素,使项目的最终结果与项目相关利益主体的期望产生背离,从而给项目相关利益主体带来损失的可能性。风险一直是项目管理的重点和研究,本文通过作者多年来的研究,对风险的定义,风险的特点,风险的识别和对策来进行深入的研究。对项目管理过程中的风险问题做了全面阐述,以及和客户之间的关系体系研究,希望能对广大项目管理人员起到抛砖引玉的作用。

Abstract
