本设计内容主要包括机架的设计,大转盘动力及结构设计,,轴,轴承,齿轮,带,链和螺钉等的设计选择和绘图。并运用pro-e,完成对各个零件的绘制,并完成组装图,最后完成对铁丝缠绕包装机的设计,并运用PRO-E绘图中的动力源使其运动,完成模拟缠绕包装过程。设计出成本较低,可靠性强,使用寿命长,节省劳动力,节省时间的自动铁丝缠绕包装机。本文设计了铁丝包装机的机架部分,包括对整个铁丝包装机机架上的所有零件的设计,校核和绘图。

Designs the cost to be low, Reliable, the service life is long, saves the labor force, saves the time the automatic iron wire winding packaging machine.
