摘要
钢铁材料的氧化现象严重影响着材料的应用,一直是人们关注的对象。本文研究的是对45钢和40CrNi两种钢种用短时间间隔的不同温度加热,并用电子分析天平称量其氧化增重,得到两种钢在550℃-700℃之间单位面积氧化增重曲线,分析其氧化增重与温度的关系以及合金元素对氧化曲线的影响,并结合XRD物相分析、SEM形貌观察等方法对两种钢的氧化机理进行分析。试验结果表明,两种钢的单位面积的氧化增重曲线均随温度的升高而增加,40CrNi钢和45钢550℃ 26 g·cm- 31 g·cm-2,而700℃ 24g·cm- 74 g·cm-2,且两种钢的氧化曲线变化规律相似,并且单位面积氧化增重40CrNi始终小于45钢,40CrNi钢单位面积氧化增重相对较小的原因是因为Cr合金元素发生内氧化生成尖晶石结构的致密氧化物阻碍氧化所致。

ABSTRACT
The application of material is seriously impacted by iron and steel material oxidation, which is always the object of attention. The paper presents that two different kinds of steel, including 45 steel and 40CrNi, were heated at different temperature for short interval time, and increasing weight of oxidation was weighted by electronic analytical balance. The curves of increasing weight of oxidation per area were obtained from 500℃ to 700℃. The relationship between increasing weight of oxidation and temperature and oxidation curves which were impacted by alloying elements were Analyzed. In addition, oxidation mechanism of the two kinds of steel was studied by the scanning electron microscope (SEM) which is used to observe the microstructure of material and X-ray diffraction (XRD) which is used to phase analysis. Experimental results show that increasing weight of oxidation per area was increased with the rise of the temperature. Increasing weight of oxidation per area was 26 g·cm-2 and 31 g·cm-2 at 550℃ for 40CrNi steel and 45 steel, while 24g·cm-2 and 74 g·cm-2 at 700℃.What’s more, the two steel had the similar law of oxidation curve and oxidation growth rate of 40CrNi steel was always less than 45 steel. The reason is that the element chromium alloy es spinel structure of pact oxides because of internal operation.
