布风系统是流化床中的核心系统之一,布风的均匀性是保证整个系统正常运转的支柱,不合理的布风会影响流化床整体的运行,甚至根本不能实现流化床稳定运行。因此,合理、均匀的布风是保证流化床正常流化、稳定安全运行的关键。
本设计主要是进行一个小型流化床反应器布风板的设计,并对流化床原理及其工业应用做了初步的介绍。流化床布风板是流化床中的重要部件之一,主要是由风室、布风板和风帽构成的流化床单元。本文选择普通的平板型风帽布风板和蘑菇型风帽进行设计。通过一些公式完成设计的必要步骤。
本设计的目的是通过小型流化床反应器布风板的设计,领会流态化和流化床的基本知识,掌握试验装置的设计方法。

Abstract
Air distribution system is a mainly part of a fluidized bed, and the uniformity of air distribution is necessary to ensure the normal operation of fluidized bed. it will affect overall operation of fluidization bed whether air distribution is unreasonable, even fluidized bed stability can not be sustained. Therefore, reasonable and uniform air distribution is important to guarantee the normal flow and stable and secure operation of fluidized bed.
This design is mainly for air distribution of a small fluidized bed reactor, and were introduced a preliminary presentation for fluidized bed principle and industrial applications. Air distributor belongs to ponent in fluidized bed. This unit is consists of wind room, air distributor and air caps. This design choices ordinary flat air distributor and mushroom-type air caps. Calculating is necessary for the design.
The purpose of this design catches the basic knowledge of fluidization and fluidized bed, and masters the method of the test equipment design through the fluidized bed reactor design of air distributor.

引言
近几年来,流化床在工业领域得到了广泛的应用,这是由于流化床本身特有的一些优点所决定的。本课题在分析流化床的原理、流化床布风板的作用、流化床燃烧技术的优点以及流化床工业应用的基础上,设计了一个小型流化床流化床布风板。
本课题主要设计流化床布风板,主要设计内容是流化床布风板上风帽的类型、风貌的开孔率和小孔流速
