摘要
中小企业现在已经成为我国经济增长中最富成长性和贡献的部分,然而中小企业普遍存在着核心竞争能力比较弱的问题,该问题已经成为制约我国中小企业发展的一个瓶颈。加入WTO后,我国各行业中的企业所面临的竞争都将是国际性的,将遭遇具有强劲实力的国际竞争对手的挑战。面对这些挑战,我国中小企业只有站在战略的高度,实施基于核心竞争力的战略管理新模式,培育和提升竞争力。本文针对中小企业的核心竞争力的特征,从企业战略、组织结构、管理体系、创新能力等方面进行阐述,简要说明我国中小企业在培育企业核心竞争力时采取的策略和应该注意的问题。

ABSTRACT
Mid- and small-scale enterprise now already became our country economy to grow the richest growth and the contribution part, however generally has the petitive ability quite weak problem in mid- and small-scale enterprise, this question already became restricts a bottleneck which our country mid- and small-scale enterprise developed. After joins WTO, in our country various professions enterprise faces petition all will be international, has the bitter experience the strong strength the petition match challenge. Facing these challenges, mid- and small-scale enterprise our country only has the station in the strategic altitude, implements manages the new pattern based on the petitive ability strategy, the raise and the petitive ability. This article in view of mid- and small-scale enterprise the petitive ability characteristic, from aspect and so on enterprise strategy, organizational structure, management system, innovation ability carries on the elaboration, mid- and small-scale enterprise briefing our country when cultivation enterprise petitive ability should pay attention question.
