——农产品物流问题的研究
摘要
随着经济全球化和信息技术的迅速发展,企业生产、物资流通、商品交易、信息交换等理念、方式和方法正在发生变革。与此相适应,作为企业降低生产成本、提高核心竞争能力、增加经济效益的“第三利润源泉”的现代物流业正在世界范围内广泛兴起,并将成为中国未来黄金产业之一。与此同时,由于物流在我国是一项新兴的产业和学科,它所涉及的活动具有多样性和复杂性,虽然国内农业物流正在蓬勃发展,但同时存在的问题也正趋于明显。
中国是一个农业大国,农民占全国人口的绝大多数,当前从中央到地方无不把“三农”问题列为重中之重,努力改善“三农”状况,大力发展农村经济。农业物流是从农业生产资料的采购、农业生产的组织到农产品的加工、储运、分销等,从生产地到消费地、生产者到消费者过程中所形成的包括信息传递在内的一系列计划、执行、管理控制的过程,发展中国现代农业物流是促进农村经济发展的必要条件,只有深刻认识到农业物流的发展现状和发展趋势,建立完善的物流发展机制,才能真正引导中国农业未来的前进方向。
本篇论文所谈及的是自己对农业物流发展现状进行的总结,如我国农业物流管理、农业供应物流、农业生产物流、农业销售物流、发展农业物流的现实意义、农业供应物流主要特征、农业物流供应链体系现状、完善农业物流与供应链管理体系的构想,同时并提出一些关于中国物流存在的问题及解决措施的个人观点和见解。

ABSTRACT
As the development of the economic globalization and information technology, some ideas and methods of manufacture on factories, circulation on goods and materials, transaction on merchandise, and exchanging on information are changing. To adopt with this, the so called “third source of profit” enterprise on logistics which is to reduce the cost of manufacture, raise petitive strength and increase the profit is rising worldwide and will be one of the golden industry in China. Meanwhile, as logistics is a new issue in China, the activities of logistics are both variety plexity. And the subsistent issues are more and clearer, though our agricultural logistics are developing fast.
Our country is rich in agriculture, and the population of people who are farmers is huge. Our government has put the agricultural issues forward to improve the situation and conditions, and to develop the agricultural economy. Agricultural logistics is on the business of purchasing, manufacturing, storage and delivering, distribution and so on. es from the production place to the consumed place and also from the producers to consumers, including planning, executing and controlling. To develop the AP is the condition of the agricultural economy. Only to build the AP system can lead our agricultural economy.
