摘要
随着现代科技的飞跃发展,技术变革既带来了机遇,也带来了挑战。大多数企业都将新产品开发放在自身发展战略的突出位置,积极探索利用企业自身资源提高产品开发效率。基于此:
研究了QFD的工作原理,并对其工程应用情况进行了论述。以QFD原理为基础,建立了面向中小型企业的低成本信息管理系统(Low Cost Information Management system,LCIM)中QFD模块的功能模型和信息模型,并对该模块的关键技术单元进行了分析,重点研究了其软件实现技术。以上述工作为基础,开发了LCIM软件系统中的QFD模块。作为验证,给出了软件系统中QFD 模块的实例运行描述,从运行效果来看该模块实现了将顾客对目标新产品的相对离散和模糊的需求变换为明确的质量特性要求的功能。

ABSTRACT
With the development of modern technology, technological change brings opportunities and challenges. The development of new products is put in a prominent position of enterprise development strategies, and it is explored how to improve the R&D efficiency of Products with enterprise's resource. Base on this:
The principle of QFD (Quality Function Deployment) had been researched, and the engineering application of QFD had been described. The functional model and information model of QFD model for LCIM (Low Cost Information Management system for small and medium-sized enterprises) had been established. It's key technology, especially the technologies to realize the software, had been discussed in detail. The model of QFD model for LCIM had been developed, and an actual running case for it was given. It had been realized to change the discrete and fuzzy requirement about new product for customers into definite quality characteristics from the running result.
