摘要
以攀枝花铁精矿为原料、煤粉作还原剂、D1和D2作联合催化剂,研究还原温度、还原时间、配碳量、催化剂以及各因素之间交互作用对冷固球团直接还原工艺的影响。采用五元二次回归正交设计试验,对试验结果回归出了金属化率、碳失重率及失氧率与各因素间关系,发现各单因素及因素之间交互作用对直接还原均有影响,尤其是两种催化剂的交互作用对金属化率的影响较大,经过优化试验得到温度在1280℃左右,时间在30min左右,%左右,%左右,%左右时,%,试验过程中没有出现球团崩溃的现象。

ABSTRACT
This paper studied the influence of factors about reducing temperature、reducing time、carbon quantity and catalyst as well as the interaction between the factors in which directing reduce iron concentrate of Pan zhihua with powdered coal as reducing agent and e D1 and the D2 as union catalyst. Using the regression orthogonal design to arrange the experiments,and getting the relationship of the metallization rate,the carbon lost rate and the oxygen lost rate with the factors ,and concluding that the single factor and the interaction between the factors are all have impact to the direct reduction, especially the interaction between the two catalysts have an important impact to the metallization rate. After optimized experiments, when the reducing temperature is about 1280 ℃,the reducing time is about 30 minutes, the carbon quantity is about percent ,the content of the D1 is about percent, and the content of D2 is about percent, its metallization rate might achieve %,of course,there has not presented the phenomenon which the pellets are collapsed in the testing process.
