文档介绍：东南大学硕士学位论文我国中小银行发展问题研究姓名:刘忠宝申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:虞斌 20051101 我国中小银行发展问题研究研究生:刘忠宝导师:虞斌东南大学摘要中小银行已经成为我国金融体系中不可忽略的力量。但是,由于市场环境、政策以及自身经营等因素的影响,与四大国有商业银行相比,中小银行处于明显劣势地位,所面临的竞争压力逐渐增大,再加上外资银行的强大攻势,目前中小银行的发展遇到了前所未有的、可能危及生存的一系列问题。比如,中小银行资本金不充足、抗风险差;中小银行如何找准自己的市场定位,中小银行的产权与经营制度的改革,能否少受到政府的影响,建立合理的治理结构,对经营业务进行有效的决策。所有这些问题都关系到股份制中小银行未来发展的走向,因此本文的研究是借鉴发达国家发展中小银行的经验与发展方向,分析探讨中小银行生存发展的理论依据与现实需求,中小银行发展的作用,最后阐述现阶段中小银行发展的策略,从发展的战略、市场定位、产权与经营机制等方面加以分析,中小银行发展过程中的风险管理,如中小银行的市场准入与退出机制、加强监管、有效决策、政府角色转换。关键词:中小银行发展策略市场定位风险管理 Study on developing ofSmall&medium Sized Banks inChina Graduate:LIU Zhong—bao Supervisor:YU Bin Southeast University kbstr act.
