摘要
矩形型材端面坡口铣削机是由大量通用部件和少量专用部件组成的工序集中的高效机床。其特点有: 结构紧凑、工作质量可靠、设计和制造周期短、投资少、经济效果好、生产率高等。
本次设计的题目是矩形型材端面坡口铣削机设计。首先针对要加工的型材入手,对机床进行总体方案设计,进而确定机床的总体布局,随后,对铣削力进行计算,根据要求选择合适的动力头,以加工要求为线索,在满足要求的前提下完成其它(如丝杠、导轨)所有零件的设计。
关键词:坡口铣削机;动力头运动机构。
ABSTRACT
Modular Machine, by the large number mon parts and a small number of ponents of the process focused efficient machine. Its features include: compact, reliable quality, design and manufacturing cycle shorter, less investment and economic effects, and higher productivity .
The design is a rectangular profile of the subject face groove milling machine design. of all, to the processing of the profiles for the start of the overall machine design, machine tool and then determine the overall layout, then the calculation of the milling force, in accordance with the requirements of the driving force for the first choice for processing requests for clues to meet the requirements of under the other (eg, screw, rail) to all parts of the design.
