文档介绍：摘要随着物流实践的发展变化,虚拟物流企业将日益成为企业界一个颇有诱惑力的现实选择方案。它有利于突破现有的资产、技术和市场壁垒, 高效地重组流程。虚拟物流企业的成功需要所有合作伙伴企业的协同作业,核心企业也需要成员企业的大力支持。但它的合作伙伴选择是一个涉及多方面因素的问题,企业在进行这种协同能力的获取过程中,必须权衡多方面的因素。因而物流伙伴企业的选择成为虚拟物流企业构建问题中的难点。如何从众多的潜在企业中选择一个最优的合作伙伴构成方案,是一个值得研究的问题。本文在整理已有的供应链及虚拟企业伙伴选择研究成果的基础上,拟对虚拟物流企业的构建尤其是它的合作伙伴选择问题进行分析探讨,以求能对虚拟物流企业的组建提供理论支持。本文首先在自己已有的虚拟物流企业构建分析研究的基础上,根据虚拟物流企业中成员企业包括核心企业功能的不同,引入了它的流程模型和流程管理机构模型,讨论了虚拟物流企业构建的策略与步骤。再介绍了有关虚拟企业和虚拟物流企业伙伴选择在模型与方法上的国内外研究现状,指出现有研究的局限之处,最后根据以上分析的不足之处分析了合作伙伴选择问题产生的原因。在总结前面内容的基础上,分析了虚拟物流企业构建的目标与决策、原则标准、影响因素及合作伙伴之间的相互关系,指出合作伙伴选择首先应该建立科学、合理的选择评价指标体系。然后研究了合作伙伴选择模型的构建问题,建立了虚拟物流企业伙伴选择的综合评价指标体系,分析了虚拟物流企业合作伙伴选择模型,构建了潜在伙伴选择、基于遗传算法的伙伴选择决策和选择方案评价的三阶段选择模型。最后为了检验所提出的伙伴选择模型是否有效, 根据决策模型的特点,基于matlab平台,进行了算例分析。关键词:虚拟物流企业:构建;伙伴选撵;遗传算法 Abstract Witll thedevelopment oflogistics e a quite spectacular hoose scheme day by helps to break through existing barriers ofassets,technology andmarket,reconstruct theprocedure efficiently.
