摘要
机械生产中,工件的加工和装配过程的自动化,不仅大大提高了生产率,把人们从繁重的劳动中解脱出来;而且对提高产品质量,降低成本、促进产业结构的合理化起到了积极的作用。
该课题是成品轴承自动清洗生产线上料装置设计。文中针对课题的设计要求设计了一款自动上料装置。该自动上料装置采用不完全齿轮和凸轮机构的组合机构来获得较长的停歇时间。方案新颖,结构简单、紧凑,其清洗时间与上下料时间的比值较大,能大大提高清洗的效率。文中详细的介绍了该装置的设计思路及步骤。并将其分为3大部分:送料部分、传动部分和动力部分。文章主要针对这三个部分进行方案分析、方案选择、零件参数的确定及数据计算、方案验证等。

Abstract
Not only could the automatization of the tool’s machining and the fitting improve productivity,but also could it advance the quality of the product and reduce the cost in the mechanical producting.
My project mainly design an equipment which is used for transporting materials on a product line for clearing bearings .This equipmengt use plete gears to cease ,and adopt cams for transport design is structure is simple pact. As the clearing time is more longer than the transporting time,the clearing efficiency could be developed the passage we could find the process of the consist of three part,transporting ,driving and passage primarily tell of scheme analyzing,scheme choosing and data accounting,scheme validating.
