文档介绍:摘要 y 880】11 摘要集装箱运输具有效率高、速度快、装卸环节少等特点,目前已经为世界各国广泛采用。为了适应铁路集装箱运输的发展及铁道车辆增加载重、提高轴重的需要,北京二七车辆厂提出了70l 级集装箱专用平车的设计计划。70t级集装箱专用平车车身较长、载重较大,车体的设计与制造需要较多的科学依据。70t级集装箱专用平车车体设计要求在车辆快捷和安全的前提下,做到节省原材料,并考虑降低维护成本。近年来,随着有限元技术的发展和结构优化理论日趋成熟,为车辆设计开发提供了先进的理论和计算工具。本论文以结构优化设计理论和方法为基础,利用IsIGHT软件对70t级集装箱专用平车车体结构进行了轻量化的优化设计。利用有限元软件ANSYs对车体进行结构分析为优化设计模型的初始化作好准备。在结构优化设计过程中,本论文采用了试验设计与优化算法相结合的组合优化策略。通过对两种试验设计方法(正交试验设计与拉丁方实验设计)结果的分析与比较,一方面找到了影响车体自重的主要因素,另一方面证实了正交试验设计具有较好的“均衡分散性”和“整齐可比性”。利用优化算法(MOST)对车体进行优化设计得到了最佳的设计方案,并同时给出另外四种设计方案以供设计者参考。本论文的工作为铁路机车车辆结构优化设计的深入研究打下基础。关键词:专用平车、有限元分析、轻量化、试验设计、M0sT jE京交通大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT NOwaday,the railway containef transpOrt has been used by many cOuntries aU around the wOrld,because ithas characteristics such as high efficiency,high speed,less process of filling and discharging intransport,—qi car manufac curingworks,Beijing, brings fOrward the plan of designing 70t special flat railway cOntainer fOr the needs OfdeVelopment ofthe railway cOntainer transport and thc increscent loading capacity and axle long car body and high lOading capacity,t0 design a矗dmanufacture the70t special flatrailway container needs much more the precondition that the car should be conVenient but be ofhigh speed and safety,reducing the materials and maintenance costs should be taken into these years,with the deVelopment ofFinite Element Analysis and theOries Of structural OptimizatiOn,adVanced theOries and tools puting have been proVised fordesigning the car.
