摘要
现代制造业已经由单一品种、大规模生产转向多品种、小批量、个性化制造,传统的专业夹具设计浪费资源和时间,组合夹具设计是当前夹具设计的最佳选择。
由于夹具种类较多且夹具设计大多是经验设计,而且设计方法特别灵活,针对传统夹具设计中存在的问题,以及组合夹具元件标准化的特点,本课题为方便组合夹具的使用和管理,利用Solidworks软件强大的功能,采用EXCEL表格驱动技术建立了组合夹具元件库。在此基础上对零件送经臂的典型工艺进行了组合夹具的虚拟装配。

Modem mechanical manufacture has been changed the style from single kind,mass production to low volume,characteristic fixture design wastes resource and fixture design is theoptimal choice.
For fixtures have a great variety, fixture design is experience design and fixture design method is very the deficiencies of traditional fixture design, and the features of standardization of modular fixture elements, this topic based on the power of Solidworks software , builting modular fixture library by using Excel table-driven technology.
