Field Trial Summary
Summary
• CARBONRT™ is a unique proppant that is tagged with a
Non-Radioactive Tracer that can be detected downhole
using standard neutron logs.
• It can be used to determine frac height and proppant
placement.
• CARBONRT™ is environmentally responsible and requires
no special handling or MSDS modifications.
• It does not affect the performance of the proppant, and can
be added to any current CARBO product.
• CARBONRT™ is the latest pppproppant in CARBO’s innovative
product line, developed to provide E&Ps with information
that can increase recovery and decrease the total cost of
completion of their assets.

– 600 klbs in 8 perf intervals between ~11,000-12,000’
• Neutron Logging

– Prefrac cased L: 4/23/09
– L: 7/6/09 (logged top 5 intervals)
• essfully detected proppant and measured frac height
in all 5 intervals

Field Trial #1 Observations
• All 5 perf intervals that were logged, took proppant
• Some degree of height growth observed in all intervals.
• Observations were apparent after flowing the well for over
2 months prior to logging.
