文档介绍:本科毕业设计(论文) I 分类号单位代码密级公开学号学生毕业设计(论文) 题目基于 Pro/E 的蜗轮蜗杆减速器的建模与仿真作者黄胜军院(系) 能源工程学院专业机械设计制造及其自动化指导教师答辩日期 2014 年5月 24日本科毕业设计(论文) II 摘要减速器是一种用于低转速大转矩的传动设备,把电动机或内燃机的动力通过减速器上的输入轴上齿数少的齿轮与齿数大的齿轮啮合达到减速的目的。蜗轮蜗杆减速器主要用来传递空间相交两轴之间的动力,它具有传动比大、结构紧凑、不需要其他机构就能实现反行程自锁等优点,因此在生活中得到了广泛的应用。但是蜗轮蜗杆减速器普遍存在着机械效率过低、传动发热量大、精度不高等缺点。这也是当前国内外致力于研究的前沿课题。 Pro/ENGINEER 是一种集零件设计、曲面设计、产品装配于一体的 3D 建模仿真软件,广泛应用于汽车、造船、航天、电子模具等行业。本文主要研究的是蜗轮蜗杆减速器的传动特性,首先是蜗轮蜗杆减速器的设计、校核、以及结构设计;其次是基于 Pro/E 的零件图的建模以及蜗轮蜗杆减速器装配图、爆炸图的生成;最后利用 Pro/E 进行仿真,输出蜗轮蜗杆减速器中个构件的运行图像、技术参数等。关键词:蜗轮蜗杆;减速器; Pro/E ;模型;仿真本科毕业设计(论文) III Based on Pro/E modeling and simulation of worm gear reducer ABSTRACT Reducer isa kind of equipment that be used of driving in low speed and high motor power or bustion engine by means of input shaft gear little wheel engages with large number of achieve the goal of gear and worm gear reducer is mainly used to transfer between axis of the intersection of space has a large transmission ratio pact the other hand,worm gear and worm gear reducer has the advantages of the stroke self-locking that needn ’t other ,it has widely used in the there are widespread questions which low mechanical efficiency worm gear and worm reducer,transmission calorific value and the higher is mitted to the forefront of research topic at home and abroad at isa collection of parts design,surface design,product assembly in the integration of3D modeling and simulation software,widely used in automobile,Shipbuilding aerospace,electronic mold and other industries.
