摘要

技术市场作为生产要素市场的重要组成部分是联系企业大学科研机构和政府
的桥梁和纽带也是加速科技成果向现实生产力转化不可或缺的重要环节以现代信
息技术和电子商务为基础的网上技术市场改变了传统实体技术市场的市场结构和交
易模式
本论文首先以信息交易成本电子商务等角度探讨了技术市场和技术交易的主要
特征技术市场的运行机制网上技术市场的本质兴起的背景及其与传统技术市场
的差异和电子商务的关系以中国浙江网上技术市场为例剖析了其内部结构功能
运行管理和发展模式并将其与美国创励公司建立的网上技术市场进行了比较研究
最后根据上述研究给出了有关加强浙江网上技术市场建设和技术交易信息化的几条对
策建议
网上技术市场其基本特点可概括为创造以需求拉动供给的新的市场动力机制
以强势的买方市场替代弱势的卖方市场充分利用信息技术和注重技术市场环境建设
技术市场和电子商务的有机结合地区性和全国性科技资源大整合的有益尝试促进
经济与科技有机结合的新途径它是电子商务的一种特殊形式有两大功能一是信
息搜寻二是完成技术交易的全过程

ABSTRACT

As an important part of element market, technology market links enterprises,
colloges, research institutes and governments together, accelerates the process
of transforming technology into real products. Constructed on the base of
modern Information Technology and merce, Online technology market
innovates the market structure and transaction model of traditional technology
market.
From the view of information, transaction cost and merce the paper
begins with discussing the features of technical market and technical transaction,
the running system of technical market, the innate characters of online technical
market, promoting background and its relations with merce; and then
analyzes the structure, function, management and the development model as the
example of Zhejiang Online Technical Market, comparison with American
Innocentive Technical Market; in the end, this paper put forwards some advice
on Zhejiang Online Technical Market.
This paper analyzes its characteristics as followings: creation of new market
mechanism of demand pulling supply, replacement of weak seller market with
strong buyer market, making fully use of information technology and emphasis
on market environment construction, bridging merce and technology
market.
