文档介绍：后勤管理论文-刍议精细化管理在医院后勤管理中的应用作者:日期:后勤管理论文:刍议精细化管理在医院后勤管理中的应用-企业管理论文后勤管理论文:刍议精细化管理在医院后勤管理中的应用[摘要]近年来随着我国医疗卫生体制的不断改革, 既往传统的管理模式已经无法满足当今医院飞速发展的需求, 所以有必要探寻一条成本低、 效益高,可有效管理医院各层面的发展之路。作为医院管理中重要组成部分的后勤管理为医院各项工作的顺利进行提供了保障性服务,因此完善后勤管理对提高医院整体服务水平具有重要意义。近年来随着精细化管理概念的提出,许多领域都试图运用该法提高管理水平,均取得了较好效果。对于精细化管理指通过合理的操作手段对工作流程和目标进行恰当分解使目标明确、管理单元细化,达到管理方式改善、管理成本较低、工作效率提高、单位收益增加及各项工作顺利高效完成的目的。由此可见将精细化管理策略运用于医院后勤管理中将有效提升医院的整体水平,并带来巨大的经济效益。该文主要通过分析医院后勤管理工作繁多、 复杂的特点,明确在医院后勤管理中运用精细化管理理念的必要性, 阐述精细化管理策略在医院后勤管理中运用的现实意义。只有医院后勤管理充分运用精细化管理策略才会更好地保障医院各项工作顺利高效的进行。[关键词]精细化管理;医院后勤管理;应用[中图分类号][文献标识码]A[文章编号]1672-5654 (2016)12(c)-0103-03[Abstract]Inrecentyears ,withthecontinuousreformofmedicalhealthsysteminourcountry ,thetraditionalmanagementmodelhasfailedtosatisfythedemandsofrapiddevelopmentinthecurrenthospital,therefore,itisnecessarytosearchforawaytoeffectivelymanagethedevelopmentofvariousaspectsinthehospitalwithalowcostandhighbenefit,thelogisticsmanagement,ponent inthehospital management ,essfuloperationofvariousworkinthehospital,therefore,itisofimportantsignificaneetoimprovingtheholisticservicelevelinthehospitaltoimprovethelogisticsmanagement,inrecentyears,manyfieldshaveappliedtherefinedmanagementtoimprovethemanagementlevelandobtainsabettereffect,theapplicationofrefinedmanagement inthehospitallogistics management caneffectivelyimprovetheholisticlevelinthehospitalandbringsanenormouseconomicbenefits ,plexfeaturesofhospitallogisticsmanagement ,clearsthenecessityoftheapplicationofrefinedmanagementideainthehospitallogisticsmanagement,elaboratesthepracticalsignificaneeofrefinedmanagementstrategiesinthehospitallogisticsmanagement,onlywhenthehospitallogisticsmanagement fullyappliestherefinedmanagement strategiescanweensurethesmoothandefficient operationofvariousworkinthehospital.[Keywords]Refinedmanagement ;Hospitallogisticsmanagement ;Application隨着医药卫生事业的深入改革,国家政府和公众也愈来愈重视医院的服务质5量和管理工作,作为医院管理的重要部分后勤管理肩负重要使命。医院后勤管理包括对医疗一线的后勤支持、医院所有员工的后勤支持同时也负责处理医院各项行政事务[1-3]。因此医院后勤管理是一个覆盖范围广、工作任务重、保障医院各项工作顺利运行的重要部门。以往粗犷的后
