文档介绍：摘要摘要从本质上来看,工业生产是一个人类参与的物质资源的形态转化过程,即将自然资源加工制造成可用于消费或再加工过程的产品,而且需要开采能源资源作为加工制造过程的动力。因此,自然资源的消耗是工业生产的必要条件。同时, 工业生产过程会产生废料,对自然环境产生影响,所以造成环境的改变也是工业生产活动的必然后果。而无论是对资源的消费还是对环境的改变都是有限度的, 特别是破坏和污染,过度消费资源和破坏环境,不仅使工业生产无法持续进行, 而且将破坏人类生存的基本条件。中国工业的发展己接近资源和环境的约束边界, 所以中国工业的可持续发展是在严峻的资源和环境约束条件下来进行的。广东是中国经济增长的火车头之一,也是人口密集、能源消费密度最高、各种工业资源消耗最为集中、资源浪费与环境损害较大的省份。当前,广东工业结构正处于轻重工业并举、逐步向重化工业转变的新阶段。石化、钢铁、汽车、造船、装备工业、建材和造纸等重化工业都是产业关联度高、产品链条长、带动能力强的基础产业,同时也都是资源消耗大,资金、能源、资源占用密度大的产业。本文主要分析了广东工业可持续发展的资源和环境约束,找出促进广东工业与资源环境协调发展的对策,并且从必须依靠科技创新,建立节约型工业增长模式;必须依靠科技创新,加快产业升级,建设节能型产业结构;必须依靠科技创新,推行清洁生产,建设生态产业,发展循环经济;必须依靠科技创新,加强环境保护,改善生态环境,建设生态型“绿色广东”这四个方面阐明只有以科技创新为依托才能逐渐提高广东工业的可持续发展能力,实现广东走新型工业化道路这一目标。关键词:可持续发展;工业可持续发展;科技创新￡奎三些盔兰篁矍兰堡圭兰竺笙三 ABSTRACT Essentially,industrial production iS a resources transformation process that human being participate in,iS to make resource into final products or middle productS,and it’S alSO a process that exploit resources for ,consumption of natural resources iS a necessary condition of industrial the same production produces waste,makes effects on environment,SO changing environment iS a necessary consequence of industrial both the consumpt ion of natural resources and the changes of environment are limited,especially the destruction and resource or destroying environment excessive]y,not onlY makes the industry production not sustainable,but al SO destroys basiC survival conditions of human being Development of Chinese industry iS already approaching the border of resource and environment,SO sustainable development of China industry iS under the severe condition of resources and environment.
