文档介绍：江苏大学硕士学位论文城市人居环境的可持续发展和建筑节能研究姓名:魏颖旗申请学位级别:硕士专业:建筑与土木工程指导教师:刘荣桂 20081213 江苏大学工程硕士学位论文摘要在能源问题日益严重的今天,建筑能耗在人类能源消耗中所占的比重越来越不能被忽视,建筑节能成为一个世界关注的问题。目前国际建筑趋势皆是以降低环境负荷为目的以及朝向高性能、低能耗、注重建筑生命周期管理等方向发展, 透着可持续、健康及循环的理念。加强既有建筑的再利用己经成了一种发展趋势。我国在建筑节能方面起步较晚,因此建筑节能,尤其是既有建筑节能成了国内急需深入研究的一项课题。本文根据当今世界国内外建筑节能研究的现状,选择我国建筑节能为研究对象,根据“节能降耗’’是中国第十一个五年规划期问绕不开的焦点话题,综合考虑建筑节能的重要性;从经济社会发展、环境保护以及提高人民生活水平等几个方面阐述了开展建筑节能的必要性和开展建筑节能所带来的战略影响,缓解我国的能源危机;拉动国民经济的增长;保护环境,促进可持续发展;促进相关产品的技术创新,增强国际竞争力。本文主要采取实证研究的模式,运用文献检索、个案研究、经验总结、要素归纳、等研究方法,总结我国城市人居环境建参栉能和安阳市建筑节能工作经验,对建筑节能工作的政策、重点、方法、途径进行研究,遵循的是发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的一般逻辑思路。本文系统探讨了构建绿色建筑内涵,从政府职能转变、机构设置、观念转变、技术支撑、法律法规等方面就如何构建绿色建筑提出了具体的方法和途径,并从建立完善政府服务体系、技术服务体系、信息服务体系等方面进一步丰富了建筑节能工作的理论体系和实践内容。最后本文以安阳市为研究对象,立足安阳建筑节能工作发展实际,从政策框架、工作方法途径、公众意识等方面对安阳市建筑节能工作进行了深入研究,指出了安阳市建筑节能工作的对策,安阳市城市发展、重点工程项目建设、公众节能意识培养有着很好的实践指导价值。关键词:建筑节能,持续发展,绿色建筑,市场监管,节能新工艺江苏大学工程硕士学位论文 Abstract Intheincreasingly serious energy problems today,building energy consumption inthehuman energyconsumption in agrowing proportion of can not be ignored, energy—saving building into aworld ,construction ofthe international trend is tOreduce environmental loads are forthepu叩ose ofthemove, aswell ashigh—performance,low power,and focus on building lifecyclemanagement, direction,shows asustainable,healthy and ofthe existing building hasbeen re-e 's energy-saving building inthe area latestart,thebuilding energy conservation,in particular,have e a domestic energy-saving building much-needed in—depthstudy of asubject.
